Books: Discussion Group
Since the "Goodgun Challenge" (to read at least one book a month) is due to start next week, I thought (for anyone that still uses this forum!) that it might be a useful idea to start up a discussion thread for anyone and everyone who's either joining in or happy just reading anyway.
In this thread, you can wax lyrical about your favourite authors or books, what you're currently reading, any oddness or frustrations you're encountering, and so on and so forth.
I ask just one thing: please make it obvious in your post when you're about to discuss or otherwise raise any possible spoilers.
I've reached a bit of an impasse with my current novel, Hugh Laurie's The Gun Seller, but it's quite good. I'm going to make sure I dedicate myself to finishing it over the bank holiday, so that I'm ready to start on something new when September 1st rolls around and the challenge begins in earnest
