hey good buddy, from what i have seen it looks pretty sweet - even the multiplayer, customisable transformers ftw!!!! but the thing i am really looking forward to is the 3 player drop in, drop out co-op - awesome

How does the MP demo play? Any thoughts? I'm not sure I'll get a chance to check it out over this weekend, but interested to know what everyone reckons. Seems to be getting a general thumbs up from most people who've tried it so far.

@Billy, yes, i have played the demo and i was raving about it to the guys in red dead last night, Bloodknight and i played for a couple of hours.

the game play is very fun, controls are easy to use too, even if your a ham fisted spaz like me (you can change the button layout )

the transformations are fantastic and quick and it just feels like they got it right.

i even enjoyed getting killed

Think the cybertronian designs are superb

some tips i found for escalation mode

I suggest using auto bots

Ratchet, Jetfire and Air Raid, Iron Hide




The Abilities you wanna use is

have 3 people use shield and 1 or 2 guys with the turrent

now the auto bot level you wanna hide out on the bottom floor goto the the little hut with the health that is where you wanna stay now if you look straight you will see an ammo machine just transformer and go straight and back into the hut with the health machine, ONLY go get ammo when all the big guys and birds are clear or you will get yourself killed, If you have enough cash I suggest buying the rifle from the machine next to the health one, now before you do anything place two shields on the front entrance and one on the right side, The first 5 waves you can just run and gun but make sure you stay near the hut I cant stress this enough, once level 8 comes this is where you wanna buckle down in the hut if a brute approaches have to guys distract it so the other to can go Wham Bam on his back, keep this up until the end of level 14 now once your at 14 u wanna go and unlock the door your gonna see a big megatron head at the starting of the game its slanted towards the right, your gonna need the gun called the ionizer if the name is incorrect I will fix it later, Once you get this gun and level 15 comes you will eventually see a big robot this is the gun you wanna use it on as it seems to do more damage just keep shooting at it if you run out of ammo just refill it where you got the rifle next to the health station.........

Your probably asking why hide in the hut because it is the safest spots and we did not need to open any doors except to get the ionizer at level 14 (At the end of the wave), the only guys that really come inside the hut is the brute and the guys who morph into cars and the fact that you got your teammates behind you to revive you and the health is always there.....

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND 3 characters WITH Shield ABILITY

I unlocked this achievement yesterday morning and boy did I think it was hard. We actually did something similar to this but we camped directly underneath the overshield room. After we had enough points, we opened the overshield room for 450 or 700. The overshield was only 250.

Our team consisted of Arcee and the 3 Jets. It was pretty balanced and that was very important. I don't think 3 barriers is needed. We only had one. Arcee's job was to revive people because she was able to cloak and heal others.

It's important to spend money for the team. If someone needed an overshield, try to help them. I think the Ionizer method is way too expensive. 2500+1400 for 1 gun is a bit steep. Overshield is only 250 and the ammo dispenser was right down stairs.

On the Autobot level open the door that leads to the overshield as quickly as possible. Have your whole team stay up there and just kill the enemies as they come (you can venture out though at times.) When there are big enemies on the ground shoot them from the bridge that leads from the overshield room to the ammo room. Got to level 18 this way.

Got to level 8 - 9 on my own using Arcee, Air Raid can cloak as well, I hid in the room with the ammo and a door for 400 points only one way they can come at you.
