I have to say, this game sounds amazing. There's a fantastic preview (dated May 2010) over at Eurogamer which I'll link here once I'm away from work, but it all sounds very, very cool.

Think Shadowrun meets Team Fortress 2 meets Borderlands and you're getting close. There's EIGHT PLAYER drop-in, drop-out co-op as well as versus modes, and there's even the ability to use a single button to vault, sprint, duck, roll and so on in a context-sensitive fashion. I guess it's a bit like how everything is mapped to the "A" button in Gears, only more cartoony and with more possibilities.

You can unlock body types (skinny, normal, heavy) to go with classes, weapon load-outs and abilities, but it sounds like you still have the opportunity to try unlikely mixes if you want to. Soldiers can unlock grenades, spy-types can unlock a third-person sneaking mode, and so on and so on.

Brink has just vaulted to the top echelons of my wish list
